The stops are out to create fantastic Carnival 2012! A team of volunteers are busily planning the event for the weekend of 30th June and 1st July – creating the atmosphere with activities around the town on the Saturday, and the grand parade and fun day on Sunday bringing it to a great family day out.
Many of the favourites will be there, but new this year we are introducing …
A grand PUBS’n’CLUBS TUG-O-WAR
and
James Dylan’s International Motorbike Stunt Team
… but keep watching for updates as the programme expands!At this stage we are looking for people to get involved – Floats, Stall holders, Entertainers, Volunteers, as well as candidates for Carnival Queen, Carnival Prince, Carnival Princess and Official Charity.
